Company introduction

In 1996 the market leader for movable partition walls, HUFCOR Inc, Janesville (USA, Wisconsin), decided to establish a branch in Germany. Quite a challenge, since Germany is Europe’s largest market for moveable partition walls.

The site was chosen due to the world cultural heritage which is so rich in culture – the Bauhaus City of Dessau. In 1997 the production of patented partition walls was launched here. Today, HUFCOR Deutschland GmbH is among the market leaders in Germany. Every year, thousands of elements are produced, delivered and assembled here, individually and according to the clients’ wishes. In order to respond to increasing demand and in order to continue this success story, HUFCOR Deutschland GmbH invested well over €2 million in 2012 alone in buildings, machines and software at its Dessau site.
