Surrounded by a triangle of universities, the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Dessau-Rosslau is training the next generation of scientists in its focus areas of architecture and design as well as facility management and geo-information. In addition, there are courses in bio-science, IT and economics at regional satellite sites. In addition to a number of renowned attached institutes, the university has research and technology transfer facilities as well as its own transfer centres for graduate placement and further scientific training for professionals and managers in the companies established there.
